How to Upload Video, Images, GIFs or Audio Files to CallAction Media Library to include into Drip Campaigns

Upload Video, Images, Gifs or Audio Files to CallAction Media Library

Video is an extremely powerful way to communicate with your leads and past clients.  Combine video with the effectiveness and immediacy of text messages and you have the most powerful ways to follow-up and nurture leads and clients.

Any videos or files sent while using CallAction are automatically saved to your media library.

Let's get started!

Desktop Media Library Upload Steps

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on your "User Name" in top right

  3. Scroll down & click on "Media Library"

  4. Click "Add Media" button on right side

  5. Click "Choose File" (you can add video, image, audio)
    Note: Max file size 15 Mbs.

  6. Click "Save All Changes"

  7. 💥 Done! You will now see the media uploaded in your library

Mobile Media Library Upload Steps

  1. Login to CallAction from you mobile

  2. Click the top right navigation icon (a.k.a. 🍔)

  3. Click on you "User Name"

  4. Click on "Media Library"

  5. Click "Add"

  6. Click "Choose File" (you can add video, image, audio)
    Note: Max file size 15 Mbs.

  7. Select "Take Photo or Video" or "Photo Library"

  8. Click "Save All Changes"

  9. 🎉 Congrats, you uploaded new media to your library.

Now you have available videos, images, gifs or audio files in your media library. You can now setup you video text drip campaigns using any media in your existing library.
