CallAction sends you a text message notification before your phone rings to let you know you are about to receive an incoming call.
This is a great feature because you can answer only your most valuable inbound phone calls but occasionally you may not see the inbound text message so we have a solution for you.
Add CallAction to Your Contacts List & Set a Dedicated Ringtone
You will now have two ways to be notified of incoming lead calls.
Visual notification by by text.
Audible notification by dedicated ringtone.
iPhone Users: Steps to Add to iPhone Contact List & Change Ringtone
Click on Phone Icon
Click on "+" in top left to add contact
Insert "CallAction > " in first name field
Insert "Campaign name / source" in last name
Add your CallAction phone number
Scroll to "Ringtone" & select a dedicated ringtone.
Next "Text Tone" & select same dedicated as ringtone.
Click "Done"
Now, you will hear the different ringtone & know automatically that you are receiving a lead from an inbound call, text or email.
Android Users: How to Add Contact to Your Contact List & Change Ringtone
There are lot's of versions of Android phones
Open your device's Contacts app .
Tap "Add"
Insert "CallAction > " in first name field
Insert "Campaign name / source" in last name
Add your CallAction phone number
Scroll down until you see Ringtone.
Tap it and select a tone to play when they call.
Hit "Save"
