Implementing this integration is a simple as setting up an email forwarding rule to send the lead into your CallAction email account. 

We recommend that you setup a dedicated CallAction phone number for each lead source such as Agent Pronto for better tracking and insights.

Create a specific Agent Pronto Drip Campaign

  1. Login to CallAction
  2. Click on Tools in top navigation
  3. Click on Drip Campaigns
  4. Click New Drip Campaign
  5. Name the Drip Campaign - Agent Pronto Buyer (or Seller)
  6. Create drip campaign follow-up sequence
  7. Click Save

Setup Agent Pronto Integration

  1. Login to CallAction
  2. Click on Numbers
  3. Click on Manage button of the CallAction number you wish to use
  4. Click on Email Settings
  5. Select your Agent Pronto drip campaign from drop-down
  6. Enter Agent Pronto email ( referrals@agentpronto.com ) in Exclude Email
  7. Set Campaign name to Agent Pronto
  8. Click Save

Lastly, we must setup the email forwarding rule to get the Agent Pronto lead sent to your CallAction email address.
