Setting Up Your CallAction Account

Before you start to use your CallAction phone number and email forwarding address you MUST receive a test a call to each of your CallAction call capture numbers to fully activate your account.

  1. Login to CallAction
  2. Click on "Phone Numbers" to view list of your CallAction number
  3. Request someone to call each of your CallAction numbers and hang up after a few rings.
  4. Let the text automation send your first text message
  5. Have the person respond to your automated text message response

Receiving First Call

You can also see different step by step instructions directly within the app.

  1. Login to CallAction
  2. Click on your "Profile" in the top right
  3. Scroll down to "Your 1st call"
  4. Follow instructions on page 

That's it. Now your CallAction phone number and email are fully mapped and activated. You can now setup your call broadcast lead router, text tool or holiday video text drip campaigns.
