Verify All Your CRM Data for TCPA Compliance
If you are currently a CallAction user with a partial amount of your CRM contact records already being scanned by our system, you can still use our DNC scrubbing tool and email checker to verify your entire CRM data.
If you are Follow Up Boss, you can have all of the data synced back into FUB via an API key integration.
Following is a step-by-step guide to help you verify your data.
Get Your Contact Data Ready for Verification
If you are a Follow Up Boss user, you can export your data as a CSV file. Here are some detailed instructions.
Note: If you have a large database and your CSV file is larger than 150 mbs, we suggest deleting the Notes col. of the file to reduce it's size.
Your CSV file must include Headers to show the name of the fields.
CSV should include the fields:
Full Name (or First Name & Last Name)
Phone Number
Email Address
Optional fields for the free contact data audit report.
Address
City
State
Zip
The file extension should be .csv
Follow Up Boss users, you should create a new FUB Api key named Verify by CallAction to setup the integration.
Now you have your data ready, let's setup a Verify account.

View your free estimated audit results and payment options
Enter your payment
If you selected Follow Up Boss as your CRM, enter your API key
System will start the verification scan (if FUB is connected you'll see notifications) and display progress.
Once scan is completed, you can download a CSV result
Depending on the number of contact records, the DNC phone scrub and email verification can take a few minutes to a few hours if you have 50K or more. Verify will notify you via email when completed.
