Export a CSV of Follow Up Boss Contacts
Steps to download a copy of your FUB contacts into a CSV file. Note: you must have admin permission to export the Follow Up Boss contact records.
How to Export FUB Contacts
Go to People
Click on All People
Click the checkbox next to Name
Click on link Select All Contacts
Click on Export button
Click on Export All Columns
Click Yes. export all people
Once you have exported the Follow Up Boss CSV file you can find the file in your downloads that starts with the name: all-people
You can then use the file to upload contacts to CallAction for a revive campaign or to use dnc scrubber and email verification tool.
