Our automated solution will automatically scan all contact phone numbers against the national DNC registry in real-time and then every 31 days for compliance. We also scan for deactivated / reassigned numbers as well as known TCPA litigators.

What Happens When a Phone Number is Found on the DNC Registry
When a phone number is found on the DNC list, CallAction will display the scan results in our desktop and mobile views.
Additionally, we will tag the contact with the following tag:
DNC_Registered_Phone
You can then search for all contacts using the tag.
This tag is simultaneously pushed into any connected CRM solution such as Follow Up Boss. From there, you can build Follow Up Boss Smartlist of DNC listed phone numbers to take appropriate steps.
