Send Proquest Call Capture Leads to CallAction 

Do you currently use ProQuest Technology call capture systems? You can use a Proquest to CallAction and automate all of the following:

This integration helps you extend the functionality of your existing Proquest call capture system with just a few simple-to-follow steps.

Setup the Proquest Call Capture Integration

You only need to set up a simple email forwarding rule to filter the email notification received from Proquest and forward a copy of it to your CallAction email address

Below is a screenshot using the Gmail email forwarding.

  1. Access your email program (Gmail or Outlook)

  2. Select email forwarding rules

  3. From: email address use: "notifications@proquest-tech.com"

  4. Subject: "Lead Notification, Extension Accessed"

  5. Forward a copy of that email to your CallAction email address associated with your CallAction phone number under email settings.

  6. Click Save.

Now, the email notification you received from Proquest is sent to your CallAction email address.

CallAction will then do the reverse data append, send the lead to your CRM and if you have drip campaigns set up start an automated follow-up sequence.
