Get your Insightly API key
Save & activate the Insightly API key in your CallAction account.
This integration then gives you the ability to start syncing captured lead calls, text messages & emails from CallAction directly into your Insightly CRM.
Setup Your Insightly CRM Integration
Now we will get started with the API integration between CallAction + Insightly
Get Insightly API Key
Login to your Insightly CRM account
Click top right on your Profile
Click on User Settings
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Insightly API key field
Copy the Insightly API key
Next, we must insert the API key into CallAction and activate the integration.
Paste Insightly API Key into Your CallAction Platform
Login to CallAction
Click on your Profile in the top right
Click on Integrations
Click the Insightly button
Paste your Insightly API key into the API field
Click Save All Changes
Lastly, activate which CallAction numbers you want to send to integrate with Insightly.
Select CallAction Numbers to Integrate
Click on Numbers in the top navigation
Click on Manage on the phone number you want to connect to Insightly
Click on Call Settings
Scroll down to the button on the list
Click ON the Insightly CRM
Click on Save All Changes
Repeat with any numbers you want to capture leads and sync into Insightly
