5 steps to release a CallAction phone number

Learn how to release a phone number from your account

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on "Numbers"

  3. Click on far-right "Manage" or Gear icon

  4. Scroll to the bottom right, and click "Release Number" (Note: once you release a number you can no longer obtain the phone number as it will be added back into the phone number pool, so be sure you really want to release it)

  5. Click "Release Number"

You did it! You have now released a phone number from your account. Your billing will automatically adjust.
