It's very important that you set the correct time zone in your account as this will affect delivery times of your text messages and your business hours.

  

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on your name in top right of window

  3. Scroll down  & click "Profile"

  4. Scroll down 5 fields to "Time Zone" drop down

  5. Select your correct time zone

  6. Click the green "Save" button
