6 Steps to Change the Time Zone of Your CallAction Account

It's very important that you set the correct time zone in your account as this will affect delivery times of your text messages and your business hours.

  

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on your name in the top right of the window

  3. Scroll down  & click "Profile"

  4. Scroll down 5 fields to "Time Zone" drop down

  5. Select your correct time zone

  6. Click the green "Save" button
