Setting you business hours controls the delivery of your text messages and responses to inbound calls and emails. You can change your business hours anytime. Please be sure your time zone is correctly set.

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on "Your Name" in top right of window.

  3. Scroll down and click "Profile"

  4. Select your starting business hours (i.e. 8:00 AM)

  5. Select your ending business hours (i.e. 7:00 PM)

  6. Click green Save button at bottom right side

You rock! Your business hours are now set!
