6 steps to setting up lead broadcast
Learn how you can broadcast you inbound lead calls and emails to your CallAction number or email to a personal assistant or a team of people all via email. Users can then see who is calling in real-time and also respond to inbound text messages using a computer, tablet or other mobile phone. All outbound text messages come from the original CallAction phone number.
- Login to CallAction
- Click on "Phone Number"
- Click on "Manage" on far right
- Scroll down to "Lead Broadcast"
- Move switch to "On"
- Enter email address(es) of person(s) you wish to receive inbound call activity via email. (when entering more than 1 email address, must use a comma to separate email addresses)
- Click "Save All Changes" button
Yeah! Now your calls can be responded to by others on your team!
