6 steps to setting up lead broadcast
Learn how you can broadcast you inbound lead calls and emails to your CallAction number or email to a personal assistant or a team of people all via email. Users can then see who is calling in real-time and also respond to inbound text messages using a computer, tablet or other mobile phone. All outbound text messages come from the original CallAction phone number.
Login to CallAction
Click on "Numbers"
Click on "Manage" on far right
Scroll down to "Lead Broadcast"
Move switch to "On"
Enter email address(es) of person(s) you wish to receive inbound call activity via email. (when entering more than 1 email address, must use a comma to separate email addresses)
Click "Save All Changes" button
Yeah! Now your calls can be responded to by others on your team!
