First, you'll need to get your dedicated CallAction email address associated with your CallAction phone number. This is the email address you will use to forward your Zillow email leads into CallAction. The associated CallAction number is the phone number from which text messages will be sent. 

  1. Login to your CallAction

  2. Click on "Numbers"

  3. Select the phone number to be used to engage your Zillow leads

  4. Click "Manage" to the far right of the selected phone number

  5. Click "Email Settings"

  6. Copy the "CallAction Email"

  7. Scroll down to "Campaign"

  8. Enter "Zillow / Trulia" in "Campaign" field to track all leads in your Contact List

Set up Realtor to Send Your Email Leads to CallAction

Follow the steps below to send your realtor leads to be instantly responded to via CallAction.

  1. Login to your Agent Dashboard on Realtor

  2. Click on your Profile image at far Right

  3. Click on "Settings"

  4. Click on "Lead Settings"

  5. Click on the "change" button in the "ConnectionsSM for Buyers" section

  6. Click on "Lead Forwarding"

  7. Paste your "CallAction Email Address" into the text box field.

  8. Click "Send Test Lead"

  9. Uncheck "Send Text Notification"

  10. Click "Save"

Capture and Respond to Your Realtor Lead Calls

Now lets also capture and track your inbound calls from your both realtor profile & click to call leads.

  1. Click on "Profile" on far left side

  2. Click on "Manage Profile"

  3. Click on "Change" on far right

  4. Replace Your "Mobile" Phone Number with Your CallAction Phone Number

  5. Click Save
