6 steps to track marketing channel KPI's using CallAction

Learn how you can measure and track your marketing channel effectiveness using call tracking tags in the CallAction service. Use data analytic's to determine your most effective marketing channel.

Note: that in all reporting "Campaign Name" is displayed, Channel and Source not required.

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click "Numbers"

  3. Select specific phone number to manage call campaigns settings

  4. Click the "Manage" or gear icon at far right

  5. Scroll down to "Channel" drop-down field

  6. Select marketing channel where number is displayed (This will tag all your calls with selected marketing channel info)

  7. Scroll to bottom and "Save All Changes"

Boom! You are a tracking your marketing channel effectiveness!
