4 steps to track the source of calls
Learn how you can track the marketing source of inbound phone calls using a CallAction call tracking phone number. You can tag a phone number with a "Source" to measure and track marketing campaign KPI's or to do A/B testing.
- Login to CallAction
- Click on "Phone Numbers"
- Scroll down to "Source" drop-down (Note: must have a "Channel" selected first to activate "source" drop-down.
- Click "Save All Changes" button at bottom
