4 steps to track the source of calls

Learn how you can track the marketing source of inbound phone calls using a CallAction call tracking phone number. You can tag a phone number with a "Source" to measure and track marketing campaign KPIs or to do A/B testing.

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on Numbers

  3. Select a specific phone number to manage call campaign settings

  4. Click the Manage or gear icon at the far right

  5. Scroll down to the "Source" drop-down (Note: must have a "Channel" selected first to activate the "source" drop-down.

  6. Click the Save All Changes button at the bottom

Nice! You are now tracking the call source!
