4 steps to track the source of calls
Learn how you can track the marketing source of inbound phone calls using a CallAction call tracking phone number. You can tag a phone number with a "Source" to measure and track marketing campaign KPI's or to do A/B testing.
Login to CallAction
Click on "Numbers"
Select specific phone number to manage call campaigns settings
Click the "Manage" or gear icon at far right
Scroll down to "Source" drop-down (Note: must have a "Channel" selected first to activate "source" drop-down.
Click "Save All Changes" button at bottom
Nice! You are now tracking call source!
