4 steps to track the source of calls

Learn how you can track the marketing source of inbound phone calls using a CallAction call tracking phone number. You can tag a phone number with a "Source" to measure and track marketing campaign KPI's or to do A/B testing.

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on "Numbers"

  3. Select specific phone number to manage call campaigns settings

  4. Click the "Manage" or gear icon at far right

  5. Scroll down to "Source" drop-down (Note: must have a "Channel" selected first to activate "source" drop-down.

  6. Click "Save All Changes" button at bottom

Nice! You are now tracking call source!
