Setting your business hours controls the delivery of your text messages and responses to inbound calls and emails. You can change your business hours anytime. Please be sure your time zone is correctly set.

Login to CallAction
Click on "Your Name" in the top right of the window.
Scroll down and click "Profile"
Select your starting business hours (i.e. 8:00 AM)
Select your ending business hours (i.e. 7:00 PM)
Click the green Save button at the bottom right side
You rock! Your business hours are now set!
