How to Connect Real Estate Tools to your HubSpot CRM
Real Estate Tools by CallAction is a free HubSpot marketplace app that allows you to quickly verify phone numbers and email addresses.
Step by Step Real Estate Tools Installation
Go to Real Estate Tools in the HubSpot Marketplace
Click on Manage
Select your HubSpot Account to connect
Click Connect App
You will be redirected to your HubSpot Connected Apps window
Find Real Estate Tools by CallAction
Click on Real Estate Tools link or the Actions button on far right to go to settings
Select the App cards tab
You will now be able to manage the Preview and Contact Record surface cards to optimize your daily workflow.
Install the CRM Record Preview Card
Click on Manage locations of the CRM Record Preview surface card
Check the Lead Verification box for the Preview Sidebar
Cick Save at the bottom of the page
Install the CRM Record Page Card
Click on Manage location of the CRM Record Page surface card
Check the Lead Verification Tool box for the Contact Record
Click Save at the bottom of the page
We recommend that you click Manage again to customize the location for the optimal HubSpot CRM workflow.
Manage Real Estate Tools Preview Card in HubSpot
Move the Real Estate Tools card for a streamlined workflow when using the quick Preview button in filters or list views. This gives you direct visual access to stoplight verification views before calling, texting or email contacts.
Click on Manage locations
Click on Customize
New window will open with all card surfaces
Scroll to bottom to move up Lead Verification card
Mouse over the 10 dots on left, click to drag up to the top below Contact name
Click Save and exit in top right
You will be redirected the Objects page where you can now repeat the process for the Contact Card view in the Record Customization card.
Click on the Record Customization tab
Click on Default view
Select Lead Verification Tool on bottom right
Select to drag to top
Click Save and exit
