Login to Your Zoho Account
Login to your Zoho account
Once logged in, you will move to the next step of integration.
Connect CallAction to Zoho CRM via API
Open a new browser tab while logged in to Zoho
Login to CallAction
Click on your Profile in the top left
Scroll down and click on Integrations
Click on the Zoho button
Click on the Zoho Verification button
Click Accept button
Click Save all changes
Now your Zoho CRM is connected to CallAction via API.
Next, we must activate individual phone numbers to sync data into Zoho CRM. This allows you flexibility to determine which campaign should sync into Zoho.
Activate Zoho API Connection on CallAction phone number(s)
Next, we must activate the integration on your individual CallAction campaign phone numbers. This will sync the CallAction data captured on a specific phone number into your Zoho CRM.
Login to CallAction
Click on Numbers in the top navigation
Click on Manage next to the CallAction number to sync
Click on the Call Settings button
Scroll down to the Zoho button
Click ON
Click on Save all changes
Do You Have Multiple Zoho CRM Users?

Setup Zoho User Accounts
Each user must login to their individual CallAction account
Follow Zoho CRM API connections above
Click Save All Changes
Done, now each individual CallAction / Zoho user account is synced in real-time.

This setting allows the admin to capture a copy of all data from every CallAction number automatically into a primary Zoho account.
