Easy Prosper Works API Integration
Let's get you started.
Go to Prosper Works Login
Scroll down the left side to Settings
Click on Settings
Click on the API key
Click Generate API Key
Copy the API Key
Enter CallAction.co in the label
Next, we will complete the Prosper Works integration inside of CallAction
Login to CallAction
Click on the top left Profile
Scroll down and click Integrations
Click on Prosper Works
Enter the email address used with your Prosper Works API
Paste your Prosper Works API key into the API field
Click Save All Changes
Lastly, we must activate your individual CallAction numbers to sync captured campaign data back into your Prosper Works CRM
Click on Numbers
Select the CallAction number to integrate
Click Manage
Click on Call Settings
Scroll down to Prosper Works ON / OFF toggle switch
Toggle to ON
Click on Save All Changes
Repeat on all CallAction numbers you want to sync via API.
