Add a Tag to a Contact
You can quickly add a tag to any contact in CallAction. You can select an existing tag or add a new tag as needed.
How to Add a Tag
Done, the specific contact has been tagged with your specific tag allowing you to easily filter contacts.
Tags will appear in the tag settings allowing you to easily add, edit, merge or delete tags as needed across the system.
Contacts can also be tagged automatically by adding tags at the campaign level in call settings or email settings.
