Filter leads by the keyword they texted to request information via your text for info tool. CallAction auto-tags the contact with the key / keyword, allowing you to easily follow up with the CallAction dialer or drip campaigns.
Turn ON / OFF Text Tool Auto-Tagging
Login to CallAction
Click on Tools
Click on Text Tool Campaigns
Click Manage of the Text Tool campaign number
Click on Advanced Settings
Toggle Set Keys as Tags ON or OFF
Once your leads are being auto-tagged, you can then filter / search leads by tags.
Search Contacts by Tagged Text Tool Keyword
Login to CallAction
Click on Conversations
Click on down arrow next to search box to display filters
Select Search by Tags
Search tag from auto-suggest down-down.
Highlight selected tag
Click or hit enter to select tag(Note: You can filter by multiple tags)
Conversation contact list is now refined by matching tagged contacts
You can now quickly follow up, build call lists, assign drip campaigns, etc by the specific content requested by the contact.
