Quickly Search CallAction Numbers
Do you have a lot of CallAction call capture numbers or users in your account? Quickly sort or search your phone numbers using the search function or sort.
Phone Number Search
The number search box allows you to search by any of the following:
Phone Number
Campaign Name
User Name
You can also sort the existing view.
Sort Phone Number View
Click any of the columns in the phone number view to quickly sort.
Search and Manage a CallAction Phone Number
Login to CallAction
Click on Numbers
Use the Search box or Sort by Columns.
Once you find the number you want to manage, click on the "manage" button. There you can edit the phone number settings such as answered and missed call automations, tags, user / destination, API integrations, etc.
