Drip Campaign Not Available

If you created a new drip campaign but it's not showing in the drip campaign drop-down menu to select it's likely not set to "Shared" so it won't appear.

How to Check if Drip Campaign is Set to Shared

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on Tools

  3. Find your campaign

  4. Click on Manage

  5. Click on the Shared / Not Shared toggle

  6. Save changes,
