Setup a Text for Info Lead Generation Campaign
Generate leads for your business using a text for info campaign. Our base text tool was already very powerful but our new advanced tool allows you to also include individual attachments to your "Key / Response" combination.
Allowable attachments include the following:
Video / Audio
Image / Gifs
You must first have this option activated on your CallAction account and have a "text tool" number activated or do a vanity CallAction number search to add a new phone number to use as a text tool.
10 Steps to Create a Text for Info Campaign
Login to your CallAction account
Click on "Numbers"
Select your Text Tool number and click "Manage"
Click the "Text Tool Settings" button below the phone number
Click "Add Key"
Enter a "keyword or code" you want consumers to text for information
Enter a "response" to be sent automatically when a "key" is received
Click on "Media" to access your media library
Select attachment to be delivered with an automatic text response
Click "Save"
You have now setup a "text for info" campaign with an attachment.
