Learn how to turn on the text for info tool on a specific CallAction number

Activate Text Tool on CallAction

The text for info system is part of the CallAction platform. It is available on specific advanced plans

Turn On the Text Tool

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on Numbers in top navigation

  3. Click Manage on number you want to activate text tool

  4. Click on Call Settings

  5. Scroll down until you Text Tool

  6. Switch Text Tool to ON

Now you can add your specific "Key" and "Response"

Don't see the Text Tool Option on Call Settings?

CallAction has several account plans and if you are not seeing the Text Tool option it's likely the plan you selected did not include this text tool system
