Do You Use a Real Geeks Website to Generate Real Estate Leads?
Use our simple Real Geeks support docs to help you set up an integration with CallAction. This integration allows you to use the Real Geeks drip campaigns while also using CallAction to engage and nurture your leads using both SMS text and video MMS text message automation.
We also have a full Real Geeks API integration to push leads into your Real Geeks account.
Get Your CallAction Email Address
The first step is to get your dedicated CallAction email address associated with the CallAction phone number you will use to send out text notifications to your Real Geeks leads.
Login to CallAction
Click on Phone Numbers in the top navigation
Select the CallAction phone number you want to use to text
Click on Manage
Click on Email Settings
Copy your CallAction Email address
Select the empty text box under the "Automated Text Message"
Write a custom text message to be sent to your Real Geeks website leads
Note: Text messages should reference your Real Geeks website domain name. End your text message with a question like "What is the best time to call you?" to get maximum engagement. You can also include emojis 😃Click the "Save" green button at the bottom
Next, you will go to your Real Geeks website settings.
Setup Real Geeks Email Lead Integrations
Go to your Real Geeks Login ( leads.realgeeks.com )
Click on the "Settings" tab
Click on the first "General" on the bottom tab
Paste your CallAction email address into the "Alternate Emails" field
Save Changes
Click on the "Notifications" tab
Note: If you are not able to see the “Your notification settings” table under the “Notifications” section, you will need to ask an Admin or the Site Owner to make the change for you.Select ONLY the "New Leads" in the Alternate Email column
Note: Selecting all "Alternate" notifications will send every Real Geeks email notification to CallAction which is not recommended as we only parse the "New Leads" emails.Save changes
You are done. Now all your Real Geeks website leads will be automatically and instantly engaged using text message automation.
You can also use CallAction CRM integrations to instantly sync your Real Geeks leads into other real estate CRMS like FollowUp Boss, Top Producer, Commissions Inc / CINC and others.
