Do Not Add Contacts with VOIP numbers to my CRM

If you want to prevent contact who call using a VOIP number from being added to your Follow Up Boss, Sierra or any API integrated solution you can turn on the Filter VOIP Numbers from Sync setting in the Manage Phone settings.

Goal is to prevent your CRM from getting cluttered with callers or telemarketers using multi-line VOIP dialers.

Note: You will still have a record of the call in your CallAction account. This only prevents the Contact from being added to your CRM.

How to Turn On Filter VOIP Numbers from Sync

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on Numbers

  3. Click on Manage button of a specific phone number

  4. Click on Integrations

  5. Toggle Filter VOIP Numbers from Sync to On

You can do this to any or all of your CallAction phone numbers.
