Get Your Follow Up Boss API Key
Insert FUB API Key into CallAction
How to Find the Follow Up Boss API Key
Login to your Follow Up Boss
Click Admin
Click More
Click API
Copy your FollowUp Boss API key
Next, you will insert the FUB API key into CallAction
Paste Follow Up Boss API key into CallAction
Login to CallAction
Click on your Profile in the top right
Click on Integrations
Click on Follow Up Boss
Paste your FUB API key
Click Save
Optional Follow Up Boss API Settings
If you have specific CallAction numbers that you do not want to sync into FUB, you can turn OFF the API integration at the phone number level.
Go to each of your CallAction Phone Numbers
Click Manage of the number
Click on Integrations
Toggle ON / OFF the Follow Up Boss API
Click Save
Now, all text messages or drip campaigns sent via the CallAction embedded app are synced in notes in Follow Up Boss in real-time.
