Set Up CallAction on Your Phone

CallAction is a mobile-responsive web app. There is no app to download in the app store. We do this so that you only need to learn one user interface, as CallAction has all of the identical functions on mobile, iPad, or desktop versions.

You simply access the website, log in, and save a shortcut to your home screen.

1. Add CallAction to Your Phone's Home Screen

This will create an app icon to access the CallAction mobile app.

2. Add Your CallAction Number to Your Contacts

Group all of your CallAction conversations by adding your CallAction number(s) into your phone's contact list.

3. Set a Dedicated Text / Ringtone for Your CallAction Numbers

CallAction sends you a text message a few seconds before your phone rings to notify you of incoming lead calls. Set a dedicated text and ringtone, so you know leads are calling, responding before you answer.

Done!

Once you have completed these steps, be sure that you have integrated your CRM via API.
