Turn Off Text Tool Setting for Phone Number
Learn how to revert a phone number from text tool back to a regular phone number setting.
Login to CallAction
Click on Tools
Click on Text Tool Campaigns
Click on Manage of a selected number
Click on Advanced Settings (at the bottom of the page)
Toggle Text Tool to OFF
Click Save Changes
The phone number will now revert back to a regular phone number. Note that you will not lose existing text for info tool keywords and responses and can toggle back on as needed.
