Sync CallAction Leads into Your Lion Desk Real Estate CRM
If you use LionDesk as your real estate CRM system, you can automatically sync all your CallAction leads directly this LionDesk email integration our our more power LionDesk CRM API integration.
All calls, text messages and email leads captured by CallAction are automatically exported into LionDesk. This saves time in data entry and allows for accurate tracking of all leads.
Get Your LionDesk Email Address
Go to your LionDesk Login
Go to the "Settings" screen.
Click on the "Lead Distribution and Team Settings" tab
On the top of the page is your LionDesk email.
Copy the LionDesk email address.
Now that you have your dedicated LionDesk email address we will complete the lead export integration from CallAction.
Setup CallAction to Export Lead Calls to LionDesk
Login to CallAction
Click on "Phone Numbers"
Click on "Manage" next to phone number you want to export leads from.
Click "Call Settings"
Scroll down to "Lead Export Integration"
Slide button to "On" to activate export
Enter your LionDesk CRM email address.
Scroll to bottom and "Save All Changes"
Setup Lead Export from CallAction to LionDesk for Email Leads
Login to CallAction
Click on "Phone Numbers"
Click on "Manage" next to the phone number you want to export leads from.
Click "Email Settings"
Scroll down to "Lead Export Integration"
Slide button to "On" to activate export
Enter your LionDesk CRM email address
Scroll to bottom and "Save All Changes"
Done, you are now fully integrated between CallAction and LionDesk. If you have the option we highly recommend using the LionDesk API integration.
