How to Add Tags in Call & Email Settings

Automatically tag new contacts by applying tags at the campaign level settings. 

You can individually tag calls & text messages under call settings and email leads under email settings. 

Add Tags for Inbound Call & Text Campaign 

  1. Login to CallAction
  2. Click on Numbers
  3. Click on Call Settings
  4. Click on Call Campaigns
  5. Select Tags from auto-suggest drop-down
    (Note: You can add more than one tag)
  6. Click Save Changes

Now every inbound call or text message will be automatically tagged with your selected default tags. Tags are pushed in notes via all API integrations to provide you a powerful workflow. 

Add Tags to Email Settings 

You can tag all your inbound email leads automatically. 

  1. Login to CallAction
  2. Click on Numbers
  3. Click on Email Settings
  4. Click on Email Campaigns
  5. Select Tags from auto-suggest drop-down
    (Note: You can add more than one tag)
  6. Click Save Changes

You now have a powerful and efficient workflow with all of your leads auto-tagged upon capture. You can view all your tag settings to add, edit or merge tags.
