Search Contacts by Tags
Find contacts that have been tagged using tag filter search. This search is available in both the conversation view and the contact list.
Filter Conversations for Tagged Contacts
Login to CallAction
Click on Conversations
Click on down arrow next to search box to display filters
Select Search by Tags
Search tag from auto-suggest down-down.
Highlight selected tag
Click or hit enter to select tag
(Note: You can filter by multiple tags)Conversation contact list is now refined by matching tagged contacts
View tags attached to each contact by viewing the contact details under the tag section.
Now you can add or manage tags at the contact level in conversation view. You can also manage tag settings across entire system.
