Export Your Drip Campaign Templates
You can easily share your drip campaigns with other CallAction users with these simple steps.
Login to CallAction
Click on Tools
Click on Drip Campaigns
Click on the "Export" icon
That will save a copy of the specific drip campaign on your computer that you can then share via email.
Import a Drip Campaign Template
You can import an existing CallAction drip campaign using the following steps.
Login to CallAction
Click on Tools
Click on Drip Campaigns
Click on the "Import" icon at the top right
Click "Choose file"
Select the CSV file to import
Done. You will now need to personalize your drip campaign messages using your uploaded media files.
