How to easily add or remove steps in your current CallAction drip campaigns

Edit a CallAction Drip Campaign

This will show you how to modify a drip campaign using the drip campaign template import and export function.

You can add steps or change the order of the drip campaign templates using the following workflow.

Editing Workflow

  • The simple idea is that you will export your current template as a csv file. 

  • Make your changes in the CSV file.

  • Import the modified drip campaign template back into your CallAction account.

Export the Template to Edit

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on Tools

  3. Click on Export drip campaign template

  4. Download the CSV file

Edit Your Drip Campaign Layout

  1. Open CSV file (typically in Excel)

  2. Edit your Drip Campaign order as needed

  3. Save Drip Campaign changes

Import Drip Campaign

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on Tools

  3. Click on Drip Campaign 

  4. Click on Import 

  5. Select Drip Campaign

  6. Click Import Campaign

Set your Drip Campaign

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Update your selected drip campaign in either Call Settings or Email Settings

Notes on importing campaigns

If you are trying to import a campaign with a message type requiring "media" you will get an error. Be sure to import
