How to Stop a Drip Campaign on a Specific End Date

You can set up any CallAction drip campaign to end on a specific date regardless of when a drip campaign was assigned to a contact.

Use this setting if you use CallAction drip campaigns with specific event-based inquiries such as:

How to Setup a Drip Campaign End Date

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on Tools

  3. Click on Drip Campaigns

  4. Click on create new campaign

  5. Click on End Date

  6. Select date & end time for drip campaign

  7. Finish building your drip campaign

  8. Click save

Now, your drip campaign will automatically end on a specified date regardless of when the drip campaign was started for a contact.
