How to Restart a Drip Campaign

CallAction intelligent drip campaigns let you build drip campaigns that can be used for initial speed to lead response, follow-up and lead nurturing.

Running CallAction drip campaigns automatically pauses when the contact responds via call or text. Depending on the response, you may want to continue running the existing campaign instead of attaching a new drip campaign.

Drip Campaign Status

There are three possible drip campaign statuses available.

  1. Running: this is an active running campaign

  2. Paused: this is a campaign that was paused after a contact responded.

  3. End: this stops the current campaign.

You can view the drip campaign status by clicking Actions in the top right of the mobile or desktop versions.
