Setup Lead Router with User Lead Shift Schedules

The CallAction lead router let's you distribute incoming calls, email or text leads via a broadcast or round-robin method based on individual user schedules

You can streamline your process with this centralized lead router that works across all communication channels and connects with multiple CRM systems via API integrations

Step by Step Guide to Scheduling Users to Receive Leads

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on Tools on left side navigation

  3. Click on Manage of your selected Lead Router Campaign

  4. Select the lead routing type; Broadcast or Round Robin

  5. Toggle 24Hr Forwarding:  ON or OFF
    (Note: ON redirects a 2nd time caller to the lead router back to original user for next 24hrs)

  6. Toggle Text Notifications: ON or OFF

  7. Select or Delete Users in the Lead Router Campaign

  8. Click on Schedule drop-down to select a User Schedule

  9. Optional: Set a Fallback user

  10. Click Save

You are set! Now inbound leads are automatically distributed to users by schedule and routing type. 

Next, create or select a one of our custom drip campaign templates.  Attach the selected intelligent drip campaigns to your individual users CallAction campaign number to automatically start lead follow-up and solve the speed to lead response problem.  

Advanced Lead Router Settings

We also offer more advanced settings to the lead router

  • Lead Router: ON / OFF - convert a lead router back to normal call capture campaign number.

  • Campaign Name: Edit the lead router campaign name

  • Call Recording: Set the call recording to ON or OFF.
    (Note: Default is ON if you want to record the caller)

  • Recording Notifications: Turn ON or OFF the call recording notification as required in your state.

  • Call Transcriptions: Turn ON or OFF the call recording transcriptions. You can also include your email to receive a copy of the transcription when ready.

  • CallAction Email: this is the dedicated email address to forward email leads into the lead router using email forwarding rules.
