8 steps to change CallAction call recording settings
Learn how to easily change your call recording settings within CallAction. You can turn on or off call recording and recording notifications. Please check your local state regulations for appropriate notification requirements.
- Login to CallAction
- Click on Phone Numbers
- Select specific phone number to manage call recording settings
- Click the Manage or gear icon at far right
- Click on Advanced Call Settings
- Scroll down to Call Recording
- Slide to "On" to turn on call recording of "Off" to turn off recording options.
- Select appropriate setting for "Recording Notification" as required in your state to either "On" or "Off"
- Click "Save All Changes"
Good job! You can now easily change your call recording settings.
