8 steps to turn on or off CallAction "New Lead" whisper message

Learn how to turn on or off whisper messages in the CallAction call tracking platform.

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on Numbers

  3. Select the specific phone number to manage call recording settings

  4. Click the "Manage" or gear icon at far right

  5. Click on Advanced Call Settings

  6. Scroll down to "Whisper Message" under "Notifications"

  7. Slide switch "on" to play message or "off" to stop message from playing

  8. Click the Save All Changes button at the bottom

Done, you can now change this setting anytime!
