Learn how to change your automated text messages. These are your first and second messages that respond to missed inbound calls to your CallAction phone number.

Login to CallAction
Click on Numbers
Select a specific phone number to manage call automation settings
Click the "Manage" or gear icon at the far right
Scroll down to "Missed Call Automations" under Call Automations
Make changes to your text messages
βTip: You can also include π / emojis to make it seem even more natural & personal. This improves your lead engagement & response rates.Click the Save Changes button at the bottom left side
