5 steps to personalize your automated text messages

Learn how to change your automated text messages. These are your first and second messages that respond to missed inbound calls to your CallAction phone number.

Tip: If you have a website, be sure to include it in your first message as can drive traffic and keeps your leads occupied while you reply. 

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on "Numbers"

  3. Select specific phone number to manage call automation settings

  4. Click the "Manage" or gear icon at far right

  5. Scroll down to "Missed Call Automations" under Call Automations

  6. Make changes to your text messages
    Tip: You can also include 😀 / emojis to make it seem even more natural & personal. This improves your lead engagement & response rates.

  7. Click "Save Changes" button at bottom left side

Congratulations, you have now personalized your text message!
