Customize the time frame you want to follow up with missed calls that didn't respond to your initial missed first call message in the automations.

  1. Login to CallAction
  2. Click on Numbers
  3. Click on Manage of the phone number you want to adjust.
  4. Click on Call Automations
  5. Turn ON follow up nudge text
  6. Select amount of time (number & time value) to send nudge text
  7. Click Save

Done! You can also select custom settings for a follow up ringless voicemail drop or start a longer-term missed call follow-up drip campaign.
