Click on Numbers
Click on Manage of the phone number you want to adjust.
Click on Call Automations
Turn ON follow up nudge text
Select amount of time (number & time value) to send nudge text
Click Save
Done! You can also select custom settings for a follow up ringless voicemail drop or start a longer-term missed call follow-up drip campaign.
