Check if Contact Phone Number is marked:
Landline
Marked as Do Not Contact
Deactivated Number or a known Litigator
Drip campaign not set up properly in your email settings or assigned to call settings by accident.
Contact was added by Zapier or FUB embedded app but no drip campaign as assigned
