Rename Voicemail / Audio Files

When recording or uploading voicemail messages / audio files for use in your drip campaigns be sure to rename them with a descriptive name.

This makes it easier to select the correct ringless voicemail recording for use in your drip campaigns.

1. Login to CallAction

2. Click on Profile

3. Click on Media Library

4. Click on Rename

5. Enter a new descriptive file name

6. Click Save All Changes
