How to Setup a Phone Number to Ring Multiple Phones

Are you generating inbound lead calls that need to get answered every time such as Google Local Service ads?

CallAction call broadcast can ring two or more numbers (including mobile numbers) of your sales team to increase lead conversion with powerful ring groups.

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on "Numbers"

  3. Add a new phone number to use as the call broadcast tracking number

  4. Click on "Call Settings"

  5. Click on "Call Campaigns"

  6. Toggle "Lead Broadcast" to "On"

  7. Add / remove phone numbers from the ring group

  8. Hit "Save Changes"

Your CallAction call capture/tracking number is now ready to ring multiple phone numbers at the same time. You can also set a fallback rule and build user schedules as needed.
