How to Schedule a Text Message to Send Later

When you are having a conversation but need to follow-up later but your thoughts are fresh. CallAction lets you write your message and schedule the text to send later saving you from adding a task to your to-do list. 

The schedule text message works on your phone and on the desktop of CallAction similar to our notes reminder. If you are a Follow Up Boss CRM user, you can also schedule text messages in FUB. You can also schedule text message with images, gifs or videos attachments from your media library

How to Schedule a Text Message

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on Conversations

  3. Select Contact 

  4. Write Message

  5. Click on Stop Watch Icon to Schedule Text

  6. Select Date

  7. Select Time

  8. Click Done

  9. Click Send Text

You'll see the scheduled text message in the conversation history. When your date and time of your scheduled text arrives, you message will be automatically sent. 

You can also combine using a personalized scheduled text and also schedule a drip campaign to start later. You can also schedule a note with a text reminder a day after your scheduled text for yourself to follow-up with the lead

Cancel a Scheduled Text Message

You can easily cancel the scheduled text message before it's sent in case you have communication before. 

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Click on Conversations

  3. Select the Contact with Scheduled text 

  4. Find scheduled text notification in conversation view

  5. Click on X to cancel the scheduled text
