Turn ON or OFF Missed Call Automation for Specific Contact
Login to CallAction
Go to Conversations
Select a Contact
Click on Actions
Turn OFF / ON Missed Call Automation
This setting is at the individual contact level and not for the system. You can also edit the system-wide missed call automation.
