Once you are working with a new contact and the frequency of your communication increases you can turn off the default missed call automation text. This setting is for individual contacts and not system-wide missed call automation.

Turn ON or OFF Missed Call Automation for s Specific Contact

  1. Login to CallAction

  2. Go to Conversations

  3. Select a Contact

  4. Click on Actions

  5. Turn OFF / ON Missed Call Automations

This setting is at the individual contact level and not for the system. You can also edit the system-wide missed call automation.
