Set Up Follow Up Boss Last Marketing Text Reply

Learn how to display the Follow Up Boss Last Marketing Text Reply column in your CRM people view to view CallAction text responses.


If you added the CallAction app to your Follow Up Boss CRM to add text drip campaigns, we recommend the following steps to streamline your workflow.

Add the Last Marketing Text Reply column to quickly view all leads that are responding to CallAction text drip campaigns or revive when you have the FUB API and embedded app on.

How to Setup Follow Up Boss CRM View for Text Responses

  1. Login to Follow Up Boss CRM
  2. Click on Columns
  3. Click on Texts
  4. Select Last Marketing Text Reply

That will add a column and display all inbound text responses in a clear view.

Re-order the FUB Columns to Display the New Last Marketing Text Reply Column

Once you have added the Last Marketing Text Reply column to your Follow Up Boss CRM you should move the column to a visible spot.

  1. Login to Follow Up Boss CRM
  2. Click on People
  3. Scroll on Columns to far-right to find Last Marketing Text Reply
  4. Click on the top label of Last Marketing Text Reply to select and hold
  5. Drag to the left next to Name

Now, you can see all of the CallAction text responses in the People view. This allows you to build Smart Lists to quickly work leads.

Filter Last Marketing Text Reply Column

Next, you can sort the Last Marketing Text Reply column in your view to see most recent responses in descending order.

Use this in Follow Up Boss Smart List to keep track of leads and quickly respond to CallAction app to text from inside of FUB.

  1. Click on Last Marketing Text Reply link
  2. Click on Sort New > Old
  3. Select Filter is not Empty (this shows only replies)

You can setup this workflow in a FUB Smart List to quickly track all responding leads in your FUB account.
