Guide to Scheduling Birthday Drip Campaigns using Facebook Birthday Calendar

Your contacts must already be in CallAction and engaged for you to schedule the nurture birthday campaign, unless you are a Follow Up Boss CRM user with the CallAction FUB app turned on, you can add the contacts via Follow Up Boss then use the following workflow.

Alternatively, you can send your contact an initial manual text message to start a conversation.

Setup Your Nurture Birthday Campaign

You can use the pre-written CallAction birthday campaign template that runs for 5 years or ideally we recommend you personalize them by alternating messages with voicemails or other campaign message types.

Now you should have the Facebook page open on one browser window and open CallAction in another side-by-side browser window, so you can see both CallAction and Facebook.

Step by Step Guide to Scheduling Birthday Campaigns using Facebook Birthday Calendar

  2. Open CallAction in another browser window and resize to see both side-by-side

Pro Tips: First, open a 3rd browser window with your CRM open and update the birthday field in your CRM. Secondly, you can also hire a virtual assistant to update the CRM first with all birthdays and do the steps above using your CRM and CallAction.

What Happens When they Respond to the Birthday Campaign?

The campaign will pause and you can respond as normal until your conversation is complete and they simply click resume within hours for it to restart at the next yearly scheduled message.

Note that contacts can only have 1 drip campaign assigned at a time.
